Agreement: By downloading or using Aislebook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The Service
Aislebook is a wedding planning app for iPhone and iPad. It helps you manage guest lists, RSVPs, budgets, vendors, seating, timelines, checklists, gifts, widgets, WeatherKit forecasts, and day-of planning views.
The app is a planning aid. It does not replace professional legal, financial, venue, catering, emergency, or weather advice.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be old enough to use App Store apps in your jurisdiction. Aislebook has no custom account system. Some app functions require an Apple ID, App Store access, device permissions, and Apple services such as StoreKit or WeatherKit.
3. Your Planning Data
You retain ownership of the wedding planning information you enter into Aislebook. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for keeping any backups you consider necessary.
Wedding planning data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app can remove local app data from that device.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Aislebook to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe another person's rights.
- Store or transmit illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the app.
- Use the app for unauthorized commercial resale or service bureau use.
5. Premium Access
Aislebook offers premium access through these in-app purchase tiers:
- Monthly Premium: $4.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Yearly Premium: $29.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
- Lifetime Access: $79.99 one-time purchase, with no trial and no renewal.
Prices may vary by country, region, currency, tax treatment, and App Store configuration. The App Store purchase sheet shows the final price before purchase.
6. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable through Apple. They renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you cancel.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid access.
7. Restoration and Refunds
Use Restore Purchases in the app to ask Apple for the active entitlements associated with your Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
8. Apple Terms
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Your use of App Store billing, subscriptions, refunds, and payment methods is governed by Apple's applicable terms. These terms supplement Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement where applicable.
9. Third-Party and Apple Services
Aislebook uses Apple services for purchases, weather, notifications, widgets, supported sharing and export, and optional device permissions. Your use of those services may also be subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy.
10. Intellectual Property
Aislebook, its interface, branding, original content, and software are owned by DuttLabs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by law.
11. Disclaimers
The app is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every planning need. Weather information is for planning context only and should not be the sole basis for safety-sensitive decisions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuttLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Aislebook, including lost data, planning errors, vendor issues, budget decisions, or reliance on weather forecasts.
13. Termination
You may stop using Aislebook at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if use violates these terms, harms the app, or is unlawful.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
