1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aislebook mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by Aislebook ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Aislebook is a wedding planning application that helps users organize and manage their wedding details, including:

• Guest list management and RSVP tracking
• Budget planning and expense tracking
• Vendor management and contracts
• Wedding day timeline and scheduling
• Task management and reminders
• Weather forecasts for your wedding date

3. User Accounts and Data

Account Requirements

To use certain features of the App, you may need to:

• Have an Apple ID for app download and iCloud sync
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete information

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App. You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of information you provide
• Maintaining backups of your important data
• Keeping your Apple ID secure

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Aislebook to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Store or transmit illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aislebook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

• Apple iCloud: For data synchronization across devices
• Apple WeatherKit: For weather forecast information

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Trial

Aislebook offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Subscription Options

Aislebook Premium is available through the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the current App Store price. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually at the current App Store price. Offers savings compared to monthly billing.
• Lifetime Access: One-time purchase for permanent access to all premium features.

Note: Actual prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store.

Billing and Renewal

• All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Select Aislebook
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription" or modify your plan

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

8. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Weather forecasts will be accurate
• The App will meet all your requirements
• Any errors will be corrected

Weather information is provided for planning purposes only and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aislebook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Wedding planning issues or vendor problems
• Reliance on weather forecasts
• Any other damages arising from use of the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aislebook and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms
• Is harmful to other users or the App
• Is fraudulent or illegal

You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App and your data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
